I am here to share some knowledge of my works through this gallery. My name is Chuck Bowden and I have been drawing since I was a child. The techniques you see here are all of a self-taught nature. The drawings are done with graphite pencil and ball-point pen upon paper and Ostrich Egg. A drawing can take anywhere from 30 to a thousand hours to complete. You will find here 26 examples of my work and I hope in some way you will gain benefically from this I share with you. There is much more detail in the original work than this digital format can represent. Should you wish to see the originals, they are on permanent display in Ferndale, California (4+ hours north of San Francisco). I hope to bring a traveling exhibition of these drawings to many places and with the help of some of you who view this gallery, maybe this can be arranged.
